After breaking down right before town of Ruidoso from Texas, tow operator took vehicle into this dealership on Sunday night. Figuring it would take a couple of days at least we had made up our minds to rent a car. On Monday morning they called and said they could fix it the same day. When we arrived it was already for us at the shop. Wayne, the service manager was so good and even tried helping me with my warranty. Would definitely RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Best service department - Jen and Frank are angels! They ALWAYS go above and beyond. So is Debi at the front desk, Michael Ortega is an angel too!! Their waiting area is filled with snacks and drinks, beautiful space, and they always check in with you while your vehicle is being serviced. This team is like family. My fiance bought a truck over the holiday weekend. We had no intention of buying that day, but wanted to test drive. He fell in love with the truck and said he would come back so they didn’t have to work late Christmas Eve. Instead, they treated him like family and stayed late so he could drive away in his first new vehicle. I would rate every person and service 5 stars at this dealership!

Great service department. They are helpful and friendly. Jennifer was great! Inspected my Ram 2500 and told me that only the front needed brakes and that the rear was in great shape. Nice to get work done on your vehicle by folks you can count on and trust.

The people in the service department are AWESOME!! Hot shot trucking couple, with a major emergency repair while delivering a load to Ruidoso. Truck still loaded with trailer four dogs with us. They got us in right away, gave us a loaner and got the repair done quickly so we were not out to many days from our business. They even helped us out and gave us a little discount so we could afford it. It was a spendy repair. Josh was our service advisor and I think Jose was our technician. My husband and I were here in Ruidoso for 4th of July weekend when we suddenly had an issue with our new SUV. We came to Sierra Motors to see if by chance they could squeeze us in their service dept last minute. They were able to accommodate us with no hesitation and take care of our issue promptly! Nice helpful they aired up my son's tire when he picked me up from dropping of hubby's truck everything/one nice the person ( guy) spoke to over phone when I called checking on status of truck wasn't to friendly rude actually other than that good other times been in they were helpful n nice
We were in Ruidoso for Spring Break when the engine light came on in my car. I went to Sierra Blanca Motors wondering what was going to happen with a long drive back to Abilene. I went to the service department where Garret West came to my rescue. He checked the reason for the engine light (it had to do with putting to much gas in your tank) and assured me I wouldn’t have trouble getting home. I appreciate Garret because he was so kind and courteous.
Was there for oil change. They found problem with brakes??? No test drive. Did not fix properly and had to go back again next day. Fixed problem and delivered car. Customer service excellent but not sure about service staff. Usually have no problem.
Went there over the weekend to trade in a truck. In less than 90 minutes, I was back on the road in a Ram. One of, if not, the best experiences when it comes to buying a vehicle. I will come back here again in the future. Sales team, finance team, everyone was so helpful. You won't be disappointed.

We processed most of the logistics over text messages, so when we showed up to pick up our truck it took less than 30 minutes to drive away in our new truck.

We had such an amazing experience here. Granted we came for a weekend getaway we are leaving with a brand new Jeep! Michael was an amazing help very informative from start to finish. We loved that he wasn't pushy at all. Also Luis Finace manager made things so smooth and fast We were in and out in 45 minutes! 10/10 experience you need a car this is the place to go!

Jared Storey is by far the best salesman at SBM. They are all great, but buying my car from Jared for my first time was a breeze. Walked me through the entire process and answered the millions of questions i had and was so patient through the whole thing.
